where does augustnoa ship?
we ship to the US and worldwide.
do you offer free shipping?
we offer free ground standard shipping on all orders within the US.
when exactly will I receive my order?
once your order is placed and processed, our team gets to work. average delivery time for domestic US orders is 3-7 business days.
average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via DHL only.
how can I track my order?
once it's shipped, you will receive an update with the tracking number. generally it takes a few days for tracking information to be updated. we sincerely appreciate your patience.
how much does it cost to ship my order?
augustnoa offers free ground standard shipping on all US orders.
we offer current shipping rates for expedited shipping depending on your delivery address. at checkout, your expedited shipping cost will be calculated.
USPS + UPS are our domestic carriers & DHL is our international carrier.
will I have to pay any duties on top of my international order?
we currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from the US to your address could incur customs charges.
do you ship to P.O. boxes?

can I place a corporate order?
if you would like to purchase more than twenty units for your business/organization/event, please visit our group order page here or email us at email@example.com with the subject line, "group order." a member of our team will be in touch soon to help finalize the details.
is your product water resistant?
all of our products are water resistant. you'll be fine if you ever find yourself caught in the rain.
can I change or cancel an order?
our team moves quickly to get your order shipped, and we can't make modifications to your order once it's sent. that being said, if your order has not been shipped you may change or cancel your order.
what if I received the wrong order?
if you received incorrect items, please let our customer service team know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. a member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. we will be happy to send you the correct items at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect items.
what's your return/exchange policy?
we want you to be completely happy with your order from augustnoa.
if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused merchandise within 14 days of when you receive your order. returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Please email email@example.com for return information.
